Successfully installing and energizing your new system is just the beginning. Careful testing of every function, calibration of system performance and comprehensive training transform the concept into the reality.
In addition to providing these services as part an overall project package, SAV has a long history of providing Progamming, Equalization & Commsioning as standalone services on existing/underperforming systems.

Programming
The beating heart of many complex audio and AV systems is the DSP programming that ties all functionality together. SAV is one of the premire DSP programming developers and implimentors in the AV & Audio world. From conceptualization to implementation our work is as bulletproof as it comes. Loading this programing, testing and troubleshooting it until it works, is an essential first step to successful commissioning.
Tuning & EQ
Once the room finishes are complete and the system is complete and functionally operational, system audio must be married to room acoustics through careful and knowledgeable tuning techniques including:
Loudspeaker aiming and time alignment
Proper gain structure set up
Acoustic Echo Cancelling setup & adjustment
Configure RF and Bluetooth equipment
Ceiling microphone aiming and level adjustment
System equalization
Testing
All systems are tested for performance as specified by the designer or to industry accepted standards. All systems are tested for proper functionality as percribed in the System Program or as defined by the client. An approriate burn in period is exicuted to ensure that working systems stay working.
Punch Listing / Acceptance
Once all the testing and tuning is complete, we will take the end users and consultants through a function by function demonstration of each system. Should any issues be discovered they will be added to a punchlist to allow systematic remediation of each problem and final overall acceptance of the work.
Training
Comprehensive system training is included with every SAV integration project, but we are not limited to that sceniero. Whether your system is new or exisiting, installed by Sinclair AV or others, we can show you how to get the best out of your investment. Our engineers are not only skilled in the use of many audio and AV devices, they are also very good at teaching people how to operate them. Training can take the form of instruction in the operation of a specific piece of equipment, or the operation of an entire system. We can provide resources for an event or series of events to augment and mentor your staff as the event progresses. We believe that this more practical form of training is far more beneficial than classroom style training sessions.
